Meet Jean
Welcome! My name is Jean L. Price and for the last 24 years I designed my own exclusive line of ladies’ fashions under the Clews Clothing Company Ltd. label. It was in 1982 that my husband Fred and I started this company and it was in 2005 that I was honoured to be nominated Canadian Woman Entrepreneur. Clews received the “Muskoka’s Best 2005” Readers Choice Award for the best Fashion and Apparel Shop. And, it was just last year that I closed the business and began a powerful transformational journey of rediscovering myself.
It all began in the fall of 2005, when a colleague suggested I listen to a teleconference call where she was interviewing Carol Tuttle, a Master Energy Therapist from Utah. After listening to Carol describe her course on “Becoming a Vibrant WomanTM”, and her development of a unique system of Energy Profiling I knew I had found what I had been searching for. I attended her 4 day course in Utah to learn my “Energy TypeTM” and once I began to “Dress My TruthTM”, I felt lighter and more vibrant – like a new woman. Before leaving this seminar, I had registered for the facilitator training and continued to work and study with Carol for two years, leading to my becoming the first Canadian licensed facilitator/consultant now teaching this powerful information! How exciting! I must say I have grown to love this woman and thank God for bringing her into my life.
Everything I have done previous to this was just preparation for this chapter in my life. When I graduated, my desire was to be a legal secretary. This I accomplished working my way up from a file clerk to a Law Clerk with my final job in the legal field being the Administrator Assistant to 5 Supreme Court Judges of Ontario. One of my Judges, Madame Justice Bertha Wilson, was a role model for me. She was a pioneer. In 1982 she was the first woman to be appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada where she was recognized for advancing jurisprudence in equality and developing concepts of public responsibility for promoting human rights for women. I, like Madame Justice Wilson, have a passion for social justice and have been a strong supporter of Interim Place and Windfall Clothing - organizations that offer women the opportunity to regain self-esteem and restore their dignity.
Clothes and appearance have always been important to me, but I am very aware that what is inside a person is more important than the outward appearance. Dressing Your TruthTM was the beginning of expanding my horizons. I began a path of learning, self-discovery and renewal so amazing and joyful that I am passionate about sharing it with as many women as possible.
If this is you; if you are ready to live the life of your dreams; if you have the courage, and are willing to make it happen, then contact me today at 519-631-8088 or clewsforselfdiscovery@rogers.com.
I look forward to helping you achieve your personal goal of “Becoming a
Vibrant WomanTM”!
